Hi, it is Donna the owner. Can I just start with I really don't enjoy being cold.

I could possibly be biting off more than I can chew doing this event. I am doing an ice plunge with Tub Club Pittsburgh April 23rd 1 month from today. I have a dream for everyone! I can't stop this motion even though I am completely uncomfortable. I have never experienced this uncomfortable exposure. (a play on words, I know)

I despise being uncomfortable with the cold weather and how about the wind??? The wind with the cold cracks me!!! I do take regular cold showers after I enjoy my very HOT SHOWER!!! 4 times a week. I love grabbing a blanket and really enjoy my favorite thick socks, cherish my down comforter, and enjoy my hot coffee immensely!!! I will stand in front of the fireplace until I think I caught my pants on fire too. Taking on the cold elements isn't an enjoyable comfort experience.

With all that said, I will tell you I now can't even imagine getting out of my shower without ending it with at least 2 minutes of the cold. I can't even believe I am saying all this; I completely relate to your discomfort as it is happening by imagining a 2 minuted (intentional) cold shower.

Intentional is the key word! When we intend to do something rather than it happening to us, it changes the dynamics of the experience.

How about this: Do you know what fascinates me and the concept of my whole business motives? I love love love how we are in control of our minds!!! It is the body/mind connection. I massage you and your whole mind shifts to a new level. That is what totally fascinates me in my business!!! I love how our minds work but you are leaving it up to me. I know I can do this for you. It has been my passion BUT the flip side of this coin is do you know you can do it for you?
