Face Sculpting & Rebalance $275

Face Sculpting & Rebalance

Welcome to discovering a natural way to lift, sculpt, refresh, and rebalance your face — while giving your whole body a chance to slow down and reset.

Plan on giving yourself about two hours for this experience. This isn't a “rush in, work on your face, and rush out” kind of service. We are taking the time to prepare the body, work with the tissues, encourage healthy circulation and lymphatic movement, and allow you to truly relax.

And yes — this is for everyone! Men, women, beauty lovers, stressed-out humans… everybody gets a face! 😉

Whether you're coming because you want to look refreshed and cared for, or you're simply looking for a deeply relaxing experience that supports your overall sense of well-being, this session brings several techniques together in one beautiful flow.

First, We Prepare the Body

We begin with myofascial techniques for the upper body, neck, shoulders, and face, combined with gentle lymphatic drainage techniques.

Why start here?

Because the face doesn't exist all by itself! The neck, shoulders, chest, and upper body all play a role in how the tissues of the face move and drain. By working with these areas first, we can create a more complete pathway for relaxation, circulation, and lymphatic movement before we begin the sculpting work.

Myofascial techniques work with the body's connective tissue — the fascia — which surrounds and connects muscles, organs, nerves, blood vessels, and other structures throughout the body. Gentle work in this area can help create a feeling of greater ease and mobility.

Lymphatic techniques are designed to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. The lymphatic system is part of your body's fluid-balance and immune system, and unlike your cardiovascular system, it doesn't have a heart-like pump. Movement, breathing, muscle activity, and gentle manual techniques can all assist lymphatic flow.

So we're not just jumping straight to the face.

We're preparing the neighborhood first!

Then… We Get to the Face!

Once the upper body is prepared, we move into Face Reflexology.

If you've experienced foot reflexology, you already understand the basic idea: reflexology works with specific areas of the feet that practitioners traditionally associate with different parts and systems of the body.

Face Reflexology takes that concept and brings it to the face.

For this work, I may use specialized reflexology tools — including what I lovingly call “The Magic Wand” or a detector/conductor tool — along with hands-on techniques.

These tools are used to stimulate specific areas and reflex points while working with the body's nervous system and sensory pathways. Think of it as giving your nervous system some very interesting information to pay attention to!

And this is where the experience can become wonderfully relaxing. The face has an incredible concentration of sensory nerves, so gentle, focused stimulation can feel surprisingly powerful — sometimes calming, sometimes awakening, and often just plain fascinating.

And Then We Finish at the Feet

Just when you think we're finished with the face… surprise! We're going to your feet. 😊

The session finishes with lymphatic foot reflexology, bringing the experience full circle.

The feet have always been an important part of reflexology because they give us a wonderful map to work with. Ending here provides a grounding, relaxing finish and gives you a moment to simply breathe, settle, and enjoy the work we've done.

Are You Here for the Beauty?

If you're interested in the natural beauty side of this experience, this is absolutely for you.

We're working with your body's own resources rather than trying to force the face into submission.

The goal is to help the face look and feel refreshed by supporting relaxation, tissue mobility, circulation, and fluid movement.

You may be especially interested if you notice:

  • Facial puffiness or fluid retention

  • A tired or “heavy” appearance

  • Tension in the jaw, face, neck, or shoulders

  • Puffy-looking areas around the eyes

  • Skin that feels dull or dehydrated

  • Facial tension that seems to show up as lines and wrinkles

  • A desire for a more refreshed, lifted, or sculpted appearance

And let's be real — sometimes you don't need a reason.

Sometimes you just want your face to look fabulous and your nervous system to take a vacation.

I'm good with that too!

Or Maybe You're Here Because You Need to Exhale…

Maybe you're not thinking about wrinkles at all.

Maybe you haven't been sleeping well. Maybe your shoulders live somewhere around your ears. Maybe your face is carrying more tension than you realized. Maybe you simply feel like your whole system needs to slow down.

This session can be a beautiful addition to your self-care routine.

The combination of myofascial work, gentle lymphatic techniques, facial reflexology, nervous-system-focused relaxation, and foot reflexology creates an experience designed to leave you feeling more relaxed, refreshed, grounded, and connected to your body.

It is about supporting your body's natural processes, creating space for relaxation, and giving you time to reconnect with yourself. I don't want to discount the healing and control you will have over your health. This is about you receiving and understanding that you have this option to learn "how to take care of yourself" through classes I offer throughout the year or a private one-on-one.

Beauty. Relaxation. Rebalancing. Connection.

Your face gets attention. Your body gets attention. Your nervous system gets a little breathing room. And YOU get two glorious hours to simply receive.

So whether you're coming for the sculpting, the relaxation, the reflexology, the lymphatic work, the self-care — or because you're just plain curious…

Welcome. This experience is for you.
